Donations
This is a ministry, (501-C3 organization) and donations are welcome. I have been selling pictures of the fire department to raise money. I also hope to begin helping families or victims of tragedy. For example when a house burns down at night, so often a family can be displaced. It may take time for help from insurance companies to become availible. I can use this money to place these displaced families in a hotel rooms, purchase clothes when needed, a meal or two. Until help can be atained from another source. I also will purchase bibles, we as firefighters come into contact with people from all over the community, this would give me a chance to evanglise, or spread the word. These bibles would open the door for conversation.
I have done placed three families in  a motel room after their house  burned. The average cost per family is around $120.00 - $150.00. By the time I put them in a room, Get them one or two meals, and try to help furnish supplies for their stay. Also this opens the door for ministry.

donations can be mailed to:

Thank You
By providing effective ministry first to Fire/EMS personnel and to victims of disaster, The Fellowship of Christian Firefighters achieves goals of serving God and humanity. By the nature of their work, Firefighter/EMS personnel need the help provided by a thoughtful, caring and proven support organization such as The Fellowship of Christian Firefighters. This, with God's help, is our purpose and we will strive to build.
The FCF began in the Denver Metro area in the early 1970's when two Christian firefighters, having a Bible study on Hebrews 10:24 and 25, saw the importance and the need for Christian firefighters to support and encourage one another in their daily walk. That Bible study led to monthly meetings of concerned and interested firefighters for the next several years.
In 1977 the Lord used a conversation between two firefighters, Captain Duncan Wilkie of the Denver, Colorado Fire Department and Ron Melott of the Portland, Oregon Fire Department, to show the need for such a fellowship on a national basis. Duncan told Ron about the fellowship group in Denver and Ron stated that this organization should be made known throughout the Fire Service. Because of that conversation and the interest shown nationally, the Denver Metro group organized the FCF, a non-profit, non-denominational organization, incorporated in Denver in 1977. The FCF got it's first national exposure at the FDIC and ISFSI conferences in Memphis, Tennessee in March of 1978. And is now a recognized entity within the Fire Service.
